The Executive Chef of Leon Osteria, Olivér Heiszler, impresses with both his love for food and his passion for the culinary arts. His experience is the result of decades of work during which he gained insight into the culinary secrets of many cultures while nurturing his love for authentic recipes. The osteria aims to bring back the magic of grandmothers' kitchens – dishes where fresh ingredients, traditional cooking techniques, and love are at the center of every choice.
He began cooking twenty years ago and have worked in various locations both domestically and internationally in Basque Country and England. He won a Michelin star in 2016, while in the past years , Olivér focused more on freelance consulting for new restaurant openings.
